How do students purchase tickets online?
From the moment we have set up your account you can start to add your ticket information and promote your new online ticketing system. Within this domain we create your own online Mini Ents website such as
www.suents.com/yourunion, from here you can add all your online tickets, instantly and securely. Then all you have to do is simply promote this new ticketing portals url on your current website and other marketing tools. Your students will be able to navigate to your own ticketing portal and within miniutes you have made your first sale online. Fast, simple and easy to navigate.

In the events calendar of your portal a student can browse all the latest events as well as any events occurring in the future, your portal only shows your events and is completely stand alone to the main website. Alongside any event where there is an online ticket for sale a small ticket icon is displayed (different icons appear for different ticket options such as Queue Jumper and Prize Draw vouchers), the price and the number of tickets available are shown clearly. If your event is free then you can even display it as a free ticket but the students still need a voucher for entry or simply do not activate the payment cart options, either way free tickets no not cost you or your students a penny to purchase through our system.

If a student wants to purchase a ticket they simply click on the ticket icon, chose how many tickets they require and this adds the tickets to their online basket. Students must be registered and logged into the your portal to complete payment through the online banking system through
Protx. All data captured is for the use of your online portal and accessible only to that student organisation, BAM will never use student organisational data without expressed authority from the student organisation and the data is not accessible to any third parties.
How do students gain entry to an event in which they have purchased tickets?
The BAM ticketing system is designed to be flexible and be adaptable. The system is completely designed for a ticketless payment system where the purchaser either brings their proof of sale to a box office to collect their tickets or even straight to the door of the event. If you prefer the old fashioned way, the system gathers all the data you need to be able to send the tickets in the post to the buyers. Our systems can also be adapted to allow you to request Photo ID on registration where the photos are printed alongside the ticket purchase reports sheets that can be downloaded from the website for quick and hassle free entry to events.
On creating a ticket the administrator of the event is able to tell the system and the purchaser how they enter the event as well as any other terms and conditions, the system is designed to give you the power and flexibility to choose.
