► The Ticketless System

Ticketless means simply what you think it would mean, the creation of a ticket payment system which warrants the use and purchase of expensive tickets redundant. Every ticket sold through the system creates a unique ID code which is linked to the purchaser’s name, email and billing address. For an event where no tickets are actually printed a student can be advised to keep a reference of their unique code and to bring their proof of ID such as a student card, passport etc, in order to attend the event. More advance options can warrant the student having to provide photographic evidence to fulfil the requirements. We provide you with the option to choose what data you require.

On closing the ticket sales, the event organiser is able to download and print the unique ID’s and names, email, address etc for every ticket sold, they can choose for any registration question option. This information can be held at the door of an event to be cross referenced with the students as they arrive or used in other software packages. Our downloads are provided in a simple PDF or CSV format suitable for use with Microsoft Excel.
